First of all, we say no to the wrong tenders. Every tender is assessed against your company's capacity and the requirements it sets before any work begins.
Your part comes down to four things:
Submit documentation once
Documents, references and certificates are collected at onboarding and reused in every future bid.
Fill in gaps when we ask
If something is missing you get a notification. Everything is logged, and the same question is never asked twice.
Approve and sign
The statement of truth carries legal liability and requires a signature from an authorised representative via BankID.
Show up when it's required
We book and prepare for mandatory site visits and briefings. You just show up.
